McDonald’s is slashing the price of two classic menu items by up to 70% – but you’ll have to be quick!

McDonald’s is discounting two fan favourites – but you’ll have to be quick, because the offers are for one day only.

For UK customers planning on treating themselves to a breakfast from the fast-food chain, the Double McMuffin is up for grabs for just £1.99 tomorrow morning, saving £1.60.

McDonald’s lovers can choose between bacon or sausage, teamed with a free range egg, a slice of cheese, carefully tucked between a freshly toasted English muffin.

A staple for many, fans can also grab a Quarter Pounder with Cheese from 11am for £1.49, saving £2.90 – almost 70 per cent.

Whether it’s for lunch or dinner, the 100 per cent beef quarter-pound patty is accompanied with two slices of cheese, onions, pickles, mustard and a dollop of tomato ketchup in a sesame seed bun.

Finally, with 4,000 points, customers can choose between menu favourites like 6 Chicken McNuggets or a Big Mac.
