The owner of Peachy Clean & Co cleaning business in Melbourne – who provides cleans for residential, commercial and AirBnB properties – shared a video listing some of her favourite products.
‘This is what a professional cleaner recommends from Kmart,’ the woman said.
It isn’t necessary to drop hundreds on expensive cleaning buys when budget products often do the same job.
The cleaner’s recommendations included the Long Scrubbing Brush ($39), Cleaning Erasers ($2), Mix and Match Duster ($5), and Spray Squeegee ($6).
Many have described the scrubbing brush as an ‘essential’ and ‘versatile’ tool that has aided their cleaning process.
‘The conical shaped brush gets into corners and crevices, providing access to previous impossible to clean spots. It has removed layers of scum in seconds!’ a man delightedly shared.
The professional echoed a similar sentiment: ‘The brush is great to clean hard to reach tiles in tall places and to help save your back bending down and scrubbing.’
As for the $2 cleaning erasers, the professional often uses them to get rid of soap scum build up on shower screens.
But hundreds have claimed they used the product on induction stove tops, walls, and shoes as well.
‘It does the magic of removing stains and dirt every time even when I didn’t think possible,’ a reviewer said online.

The bargain duster has a soft head that’s perfect for cleaning collectible items like glass and ceramic display pieces without damaging them.
You can also use the Kmart buy to get rid of spider webs, wipe the inside of lamp shades, and clean the tops of high cabinets.
Lastly, the professional mainly uses the squeegee clean windows and other glass surfaces like sliding doors and shower screens.
‘I put some Windex inside the spray compartment and it makes the job so easy,’ she said.
