A single woman has revealed the bold statement she tells men after a first date to make them ‘want to marry her’.
Instead she tells men she likes that she’ll ‘never marry them’. And to her surprise, the men always seem more interested and eager than they were at the start of the date.
‘In a documentary, Pamela Anderson said that if you want to guarantee you’re going to marry somebody, tell them that you’ll never marry them and you’ll be married in six months,’ Marina said in a now-viral TikTok video.
‘She’s onto something there because over the last two months I’ve gone on several dates where there just wasn’t anything there.
‘So I just took a page out of How to Lose a Man in 10 days and I tell the guys, “You’re lovely, I’ve had a great time, but I’m really just looking to date for marriage at this point and I don’t see this becoming something serious”.’
She continued by saying how you would think most guys would start ‘running for the hills’ – but this isn’t the case.
‘Rejection does something to their brain,’ Marina said, adding how the reverse psychology spurs them on to ‘try harder than ever’ to win her over.
She claimed on one date a man told her he’s ‘never getting married’ but she responded, ‘I’m somebody’s wife and they’re going to know I’m their wife’ in future.
‘I’m not in the business of changing a man’s mind. This man told me how he’s really been thinking about how he thinks he would want a family in five years. I just told you I’m somebody’s wife,’ she said.
Marina Neuman, who goes by @marinainmiami on TikTok, is looking for love and wants to get married, but she doesn’t tell her dates this. Instead she makes a controversial statement.
The blonde beauty told FEMAIL how it’s vital that her future husband ‘recognises her value from day one’.
She also hopes other women will understand and appreciate their own value.
‘I believe it’s so important for women to never be afraid to walk away from anyone who doesn’t value them,’ she said.
The video has since exceeded more than 1.3million views and many agreed with her while others made jokes.

‘They can’t stand hearing they’re not qualified for the job,’ one woman wrote.
‘Men love a challenge,’ another said, a third added: ‘I love how this isn’t manipulation it’s literally just honesty but then they manipulate themselves.’
Another wrote: ‘I’ve been proposed to over a dozen times. The less you do the more they want. I’m always one foot out the door and they know it.’
Others said they’ve been proposed to multiple times and were married sooner than exacted.
‘Truth. Told husband to date other people. We got married five months later,’ one woman claimed.
‘I’ve always known I didn’t want marriage or children. I’ve always let guys know. I’ve been proposed to five times,’ another said.
